Vintage Simplicity 1459 Vintage Fashion 1950's Women's Dress Sewing Pattern, Sizes 16-24

Such a cute pattern. Just know that the sizing is based on the "old-school" sizing they had back in the 1960's. I wear a women's size 12, and had to purchase two of these patterns, with sizing from size 4 up thru 22+, in order to make a custom size that would actually fit me. I think I ended up having to put together the size 22 top to fit my breast size (and I'm not large-breasted by modern standards), and the size 16 to fit my waist, and I took one skirt panel out of the final pattern (it had 4) because the skirt was then much too full for me. Just keep in mind these are vintage patterns that are being reprinted, not modern, vintage-look patterns.

Cute pattern! Easy to follow and perfect for themed events Absolutely loved this pattern! It was super simple and easy to follow, even for someone who isn’t an expert at sewing.
