I was nervous to go with this brand and ordered a big name brand as backup but my contractor recognized it and said he had installed it before and that he felt it was high quality. I love the look of it and the water pressure has been perfect!!! No complaints at all.

Very happy with the install and place ment the color was a little to shiny but it will work. The feel and durability is very good and I hope the look last. The Wand is the right size for the style and usage that will work for me. I have small hands so the handheld works.

The pressure is amazing, and I love being able to switch between the regular shower head and the handheld wand, especially for rinsing my hair or cleaning the shower & washing the dog. Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes. It looks sleek, feels high quality, and honestly makes me look forward to my showers even more. I paired it with a second matching shower head and it was the perfect finishing touch to my solid black bathroom! Highly recommend if you’re wanting a little upgrade without the price tag!

I purchased this for a master bath renovation. The moment I saw it installed, I was very impressed. Nothing cheap about it. The handheld wand is solid and honest lo y could be used as a weapon if any intruders surprise you while you're in the shower. I wish the water pressure was a little better and I've noticed that my pressure is slowly getting lower. Water isn't coming out of the top two rows of the showerhead, but this may be an easy fix. Overall, it's a good product.

Cheap product with terrible customer service. I emailed the company about a leak we now have and we are going on two weeks of back and forth with a promise to send a replacement cartridge or valve…and still nothing.

Very nice set. Large surface area for the faucet but doesn’t decrease the water pressure. You can also have the shower head still on while using the handheld. Only used twice so far but very pleased!
