Question 1

What is the difference between this product and the Plus model.

Accepted Answer

Thanks for this great question:
This product: Can only work on Android and Windows platforms. Not available for iOS platform.
Plus model (BM Plus): Available on Android, Windows and iOS.

That is, there is a difference between the two in the Bluetooth chip.

In other aspects, such as in transfer characteristics, or intimacy with Bimmercode, it is the same performance.

Many clients don't understand the difference, so this is a very good question and tip

In addition, it must be noted that Bimmercode or BimmerLink requires an additional subscription and is not included in the product.

If you encounter any problems after purchasing, please feel free to contact us for support and guarantee. We also strongly recommend confirming your vehicle's compatibility on Bimmercode.app (which is a website) before purchasing if your goal is to code a BMW.

Question 2

Will it work for 2006 525i?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course.
We understand that your vehicle's chassis code is: E60
And in the compatibility query of bimmercode.app(this is a website), we know:
Navigation->Supported cars->5 Series, M5->E60, E61(2003-2007)
So you can enjoy the coding function of bimmercode.

Of course, we strongly recommend that you check compatibility on bimmercode before purchasing. Their website navigation is very well done, you can check the available coding projects in addition to checking compatibility.

Also, this product does not come with bimmercode. Please be aware that using bimmercode requires you to subscribe separately.

Hope our answer helps.

Question 3

Will it service suspension

Accepted Answer

This is just an obd tool/connector bluetooth. App your're using is what you need to look at if it's capable of doing so if you are talking about air suspension. Regular suspensions are all mechanical. No electronics.

Question 4

Is it good to reset mini cooper R56 2011 seat belt warning?

Accepted Answer

Of course.
"Reset Mini Cooper R56 2011 Seat Belt Warning" requires you to use BimmerLink software, you can check its function on bimmerlink.app. One is: Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes from all control units in your car.
Please note that the software of bimmerlink requires you to subscribe additionally and is not included in this product; in addition, this product does not support iOS system and can only be used on Android and Windows. If you need to run on iOS, please follow another version of vgate vlinker.

The second point, the scope of support of the software, is also written on the website:
Supported Cars->MINI (2006+)

So you can use it to diagnose seat belt warning.

We also strongly recommend that you check out the functionality and compatibility of the software on bimmerlink.app before purchasing. If coding is your goal, learn about available coding projects and compatibility at bimmercode.app
