5 stars: recommended; would buy again I bought these to allow me to quickly attach cat toys to a wand, so that there's no metal or other hazards for kitty to munch on. These work great for that: even without nimble fingers, I'm able to add/remove them from the eye-hook on the wand without trouble. They are strong enough to hold plenty of weight and it's easy to thread yarn through the center. If you want them for a more traditional use, be sure to measure before purchasing: these are tiny and suitable for no more than one ring at a time. A nice bonus: they come in a small plastic box, so you don't have to figure out how to store the ones you aren't using.

It’s pretty much useless for actual keys. It loses its shape if opened past 1/16".

I needed to modify my curtain rod clips to accommodate my pinch pleat curtains, which came with really nice adjustable plastic hooks that didn’t work with the clips on the curtain rod I wanted to use. Added these small rings to my curtain rod clips and Voila! Problem solved! The plastic hooks on my curtain hooked perfectly onto these small rings. Worked really great for my small redecorating project. Very affordable price and perfect size! Highly recommend!
