Do the dasher tops have small rubber caps to close them between uses or do you have to swap to the glass stopper to fully close the bottle?

Has a black rubber stopper and can switch tops to a glass stopper.

What size gold spouts could I buy for easier pours to fit these

Mine came with them but I also bought an addition gold spout that looks like an oil spout or a jigger spout
