Special needs walking vest
We use ours by hooking a short 12 inch super sturdy leash to the back. My autistic son is 18 years old and 165 pounds and it fits him very comfortably with plenty of room to grow. I sewed a piece of elastic across the back hooking the shoulders together at a comfortable distance so he can’t just slip out of it. Now when he tries to bolt in a parking lot or in stores, he can’t and we are not constantly struggling to keep him next to us. This thing is an absolute life saver! It doesn’t rub his armpits or cause any kind of injury. It’s truly awesome!

Quality Harness, crappy carabiners
The harness itself is pretty good quality for the price so that was a plus. The carabiners were weak and didn’t even make it through one workout before they started to bend. They can’t be rated for more than 20-30 lbs of resistance so dragging something behind you is out. I picked up some 150lb ones from Home Depot for a few dollars and problem solved! Fit is nice, sits great on the shoulders and doesn’t hurt under load. Still using them periodically and haven’t had them tear or anything. Buy for the harness, get different carabiners, and you have a great piece of equipment to train with for a great price!

quality harness - used for 80lbs weight pull
This harness works really well. We are using it to train to run faster and gain muscle strength in my 9 year old's legs for tackle football. We hooked him up with the harness and he runs while pulling an 80lb weight bag. I have to say, this is nice quality for the price. My wife and I both have used the harness, it can take a punishment without any effects on durability.

For a LIGHTWEIGHT harness, it's alright. NOT STRONG.
This is a very lightweight harness. If you are using a parachute, it's probably alright. For a weight sled or similar (we were dragging a truck tire across grass), this isn't what you want. The aluminum clips for the attachment strap are VERY weak. They were useless and broke on the first few steps of the first pull. However, the connection D-ring on the harness has held up. The plastic waist clip has also held up. I do expect the stitching to tear soon, although it didn't after the first use. As I mentioned, this is a lightweight harness and really not intended to much resistance/weight. I would also mention that this isn't for small children. My son is 14 (5'11 and about 140 lbs) and even fully tightened, the straps are very loose on him. Summing it all up, this is a good buy (currently priced at $10) for light use for teens and adults. Not for heavy use and not for young kids.

Straps don't hold up
both straps broke a a few uses. We used it to train with a weight - each one broke by the stitching and caribber clip broke on one. . The harness itself is fine just the strap are garbage.
