Pure garbage. Customer support is a joke. 3 different emails, 3 different people, and no camera replacement. Kareye does not live up to their life time warranty nor do they live up to having decent customer service. One of the cameras has failed, and they refuse to replace or repair it. The unit is not that old. Don't buy from kareye

I just had my camera's installed and yes I would suggest professional install. The camera's are a good value but it comes with a sheet of paper that is supposed to have info about how to install and to see install on your phone. Well the app sucks and you can't see your camera's unless your home. You also have to email tech support and hope that they respond within 24 hours. The really need better instructions and actual tech support, smh.

We received this camera security system and got it all set up to find out one camera wasn't working. We contacted the sellers and they sent out a replacement camera. So I am pleased with the customer service. It comes with a CD with the instructions on how to set it up, on how to set up the app for online viewing. There is 60 feet of cord for each camera so it should be plenty to reach where you need it to go. It comes with a 1 terabyte hard drive. The video feed runs smoothly. The DVR has many options for recording at preset times or different quality video. As a matter of fact, there are so many options, I have yet to explore all the different ones. The night vision is exceptional and makes it very clear to see things in pitch darkness. It comes with mounting hardware, screws, anchors, etc. Each camera has a hood to protect it from the elements. I feel like the video quality is clear. There is an option to view all four cameras at the same time in a split screen, or to view them as a slideshow every five seconds. We hooked ours up to our TV and our internet router. The reason we hooked ours up to the internet was that we could get real time alerts on our cell phones. My kids think it's super fun to watch themselves in real time on the tv. We've had a lot of trespassers on our property and I feel safer with video surveillance. I really like this camera set. I will admit I prefer a pro install But for just testing the picture and sound quality this is awesome The night vision is very clear.
