Possibly helped infertility
Tried to get pregnant for 7 months and struggled, but a month after starting this, I got pregnant. I have an endometriosis diagnosis, and it could be a coincidence that this was the cause I was finally able to get pregnant, but itโs worth a shot for those trying and struggling. I had no side effects at all, and I went from 9 nights of pain one month to only 2 nights of pain after starting these pills.

Caused some hair loss/reduced back pain
**UPDATE** since stopping taking NAC, my back pain has returned. Turns out, NAC reduces back pain. I will be going back on it. ** **UPDATE** My issues had nothing to do with the brand, Thorne, only the NAC itself. Thorne is an awesome brand and I use many of their other supplements - Basic B complex, Berberine and another I can't think of at the moment. ** I didn't notice any better breathing. The one thing I did notice was hair loss. As soon as I started taking this, my hair started coming out like crazy. I didn't think about it being caused by this, even though it started about 2 days after starting NAC, but read a review on Reddit last night where someone else said they noticed hair loss when taking this. I have stopped it as of today.
