Of all the junk there is in the Amazon warehouse, this is by far, the worst useless piece of crap... Remember the days of the 9 volt transistor radios, when small repairs shop were at the low end of technology? Well this will take you back to that era and even smells like it...! Not even the glory days of Radio Shack carried something that bad. From the moment you see the package, you'll know you wasted your money. The item finally arrived in a separate shipment well pack by Amazon but broken in pieces. (Of course, how Amazon knew...) I have to take this apart to see what was all the rattling inside. The transformer was lose, and apparently dizzy from the ride from China. Shaking so much, it had tangled up a few wires and split other two as it was moving around... I was afraid to plug it in knowing it was impossible it worked, so went directly to the garbage where it belongs! So, if you decide to buy this, and are in the quest to throw your money away, I have a PayPal account that deserves a better chance than the MEMEX bozos...

From the moment I pulled it out of the box I knew it would not work. It was rattling. I did try it on multiple items with each of the adapters and it would not work.

Exactly what I was looking for and really does work on anything!

From the looks of this thing it was manufactured in the late 1970s or early 1980s. The fonts on the packaging are that calculator type that was meant to look techy (in the early 80s), there is no web address or even a UPC anywhere on the box which is kind of a giveaway, and the glue that held it together has long since dried up and crystallized. Yup, this thing really sent me back to my early childhood and that's about where its usefulness ended. I needed something to power an old monitor and everything looked right. Voltage, polarity, current, everything added up, but when I plugged it in and switched it on the screen began to flicker feebly. It was as if the device was being under powered even though everything seemed to be set right. This device simply doesn't work. I'm guessing it's been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for the last 30 or so years. If you want to see an example of late 20th century technology in all it's glory then go ahead and order one of these, but that's about all the use you're going to get out of it.
