If you don’t like feeling very wired, don’t buy this product. It’s very strong — but it’s also amazing. It’s not like many other thermogenic pre-workouts that promise everything and do nothing. This one really works. I take it about 15–20 minutes before arriving at the gym with a little bit of water, not a full shaker. I usually only use it on leg days (lower body workouts) because it gives a lot of strength and energy for those heavier training days. For upper body workouts I don’t even take it because I don’t feel like I need that much energy. You should only take it if you plan to stay at the gym for at least an hour. Otherwise it’s too much energy. Also, take it early in the day because if you take it later in the afternoon, you probably won’t sleep. It gives enough energy to train for about an hour and a half and still go home and keep doing things. This product is real and very effective.

This is my first pre-workout so I can’t judge it 100% accurately. But, this stuff is really strong and it has a pretty good flavor. The only negative I can see is that it makes my face tingle, but that’s expected because of how strong it is. I don’t know what other pre-workout is like and was going to give this only four stars because it’s not what I imagine a perfect pre-workout would be (probably what steroids feel like), but they put so much pre-workout in one jug that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 30% more pre-work out than advertised. They don’t cheap out and and cheat you and I really love that about them.

I’ve been a fan of total war’s ready to drink products, but got the powder since it would be more cost efficient. Grape is the flavor I got in and was hyped to try it. I downed a scoop in 6 ounces of water but noticed it felt like I swallowed some spicy food, or I imagine how that flamin hot Mountain Dew would feel like. It might been because I came back from the dentist the same day and was compounding itself with the cleaning I had received. I’ve tried beyond raw lit, and other preworkout powders that never have given that. I will rewrite a review to update once I take it again, other than that aspect the powder is great and it’s more desirable to push to failure.

Made me feel nauseous. I had no idea that I couldn’t return it. I bought 3 pre workout I had all 3 in the past. This one and jacked both made me feel nauseous and I didn’t get the energy I usually get. I’m going to return my socks my Ethernet cable for fire tv and connector for the tv to go to the wall. Then after I get my refund and pay whatever I owe I’m canceling my card. I have never had any pre workout supplement or any supplement not have a return policy. Thanks for letting me try having an Amazon card. It made me realize how much money I would spend in the future. So again thank you

Taste is grape got that authentic burn, Wakes you up, gets you focused, pumps are nice.
