How many grams does one pill weigh? I ask because the profile listed states 100 grams. How many pills is in 100 grams ?

The directions say to take 3 tablets, twice a day. I'm left to assume that taking six tablets daily would give you the `00 grams you refer to. I only take three tablets daily and always feel fine.

Well, I am a big guy and you know everything works by body weight so I increase my dosage to a 40% over the recommended. They recommend 3 tablets a day. I weight 220 pounds solid but not rocky mass; so I take 2 tablets 30 min before workout and 3 tablets within 45 min after workout to avoid muscle breakdown and to have better absorption.

How will I know if i the tablets which I have is not fake?
