The code i received for my preorder is not working i tried putting it through microsoft’s site and my xbox and neither work

I just tried the code and it worked. However, it was not for a $10 credit as promised. It was for an add-in within the game. Very disappointed with this.

Is it enough to play KH1 & KH2 to understand the story ?

Play kingdom hearts dream drop distance on 3ds or just watch on youtube it explains alot of it ; Basically Organization 13 are all people with no "hearts" ...Xehanort is trying to make then into ...Xehanorts .... Thats the whole story tadaaaa ; one game explains a whole 10 year story

Is this a solo campaing or you can play with more people (either online or splitscreen)?

The other main campaigns in the KH series have been solo so I assume so for this one too.
