Is this one has the same smell as the original?

No it does not. This smell is a bit more fragant and last for days. I like it.

What is the difference between this and original?

It’s blue in color and has a different perfumed smell. It does the same thing but I prefer the original. If I had no choice I would get the Perla treatment.

Does this also moisturize your hair?

Yes. I use it as a deep conditioner and will leaving it on and either sit under the dryer for 20 minutes or as I clean the house and when I wash it out my hair feels soft and silky. I keep a shower cap on to lock in the moisture while the conditioner is in my hair.
