Do these panels fit the 9879 Quick Set Escape?

Yes. I bought two of the 3-packs so I can cover not only the 5 sides, but also the door (6th side) when needed. Obvoysly at the door side, you don't have the center handle to hold it in place, but it can still be hooked to the D-rings to form a loose protective barrier against rain, wind or even intense sun.

If this is a 3-pack, why would you need to buy more panels?

My thought is......these panels are for protection from the prevailing windward sides.   Keeps rain from being driven in, and keeps the wind from gettin underneath what could become a huge parasail.   Its not set up to put a panel on the door end, and it's just not necessary.     This is the best screen house on the market.I am very pleased that i bought them, and thought i would be buying more panels, but i just don't need them.   It has done quite well theough many rains.    Oh, i do cover the to with a reflective tarp, to protect it and keep rain out.  As they say, its not waterproof, and i didn't want to spray it.  The tarp works great!

Can you store the clam with the panels on it?

We have been told by another Clam owner you can not store it with the panels on. It will not fit back in the bag.

Question 4

I got the tent and extra covers for my mom and 3 of the three extras were missing velcro, are they putting it in the wrong place or is this a defect?

I came to see if others were having this problem. Only the sides have Velcro is the right place and it’s a barely making it fit
