Yes it is in liquid form, but does not come with a measuring device. It has a mint-like flavor and we use a table spoon to meet out dosage.

Where do you buy a smaller medicine bottle with adaptable caps for the syringe to give orally to the cat. Do you recommend a bottle and syringe that are compatible?

I just put it in a small, tall glass bottle that I had here. I have a 'plunger' thingy from the vet, and just fill it manually. Be sure to shake the big bottle before you put into a smaller one, there's lots of thick goop on the bottom. And be sure to shake the smaller bottle before you fill the syringe, as it settles out, too.

I need more of this stuff for kidney disease but its on back order. Does any one know where I can get more?

I am truly sorry but I don’t know. Originally I got this product for my dog from our vet because of his kidney issues. I ordered the second bottle from Amazon because it was a lot cheaper. You might try Walgreens or CVS.
