Would these fit adults?

These are sized for children. Too small for most adults, but will fit adults with small faces. For example, it fits my wife, but not me.

Can you paint/create a design on them?

I spray painted them with a base. It’s a slick plastic, so I kind of figured the paint would drip or take forever to dry. The spray paint base didn’t do too badly.
