I got notification from Amazon is the delivery expected is 15th Feb but it came one day before. Amazon is more efficient than their own system. Hats off to Amazon people. Now for product, product meets my expectations. It is sturdy and strong. Look is very nice. Quality is also very good. I definitely recommend this product if you want compact size of sitting arrangement in living room with storage place. This is a best option.

After placing my order for a very attractive Ottoman, a few days later I received a message advising that the item could not be shipped to Australia. Very, very disappointed.

I was nervous about purchasing this used, but the only significant damage were the legs. It's shipped in a box that you want to be careful opening as you could cut right through the cushion. All you have to do is add the legs/feet. The lid doesn't squeak when opening as per another review. We use it at the foot of the bed to store about twelve hoodies and a couple of extra shirts. The cushion is a squishy comfortable, so after sitting on it, you rub your palm across it to retain shape. ;)

It’s not the highest quality but for the sale price I paid I am happy with it. I wouldn’t recommend standing on it (including kids) as I feel it will brake through but for a foot rest and storage it’s great and looks good.

I ordered this piece because I didn't want to completely cheap out and get one of the 60 dollar ones that will only last a year and will have visible fold marks on it. This one is lovely! It's sturdy, fabric and cushion is good quality, and most importantly, it looks good :). The legs are a little cheaper looking and will most likely get damaged easily as time goes on, but that doesn't concern me because they are not very visible. Now I won't lie, you can get very similar pieces at TJMaxx and Marshalls that are better quality (material wise) for a similar price. But not having to transport it from a store was a huge plus. I would totally recommend this one at the price point and convenience! I bought mine used, and it came in perfect condition.
