Freewell Circular Polarizer CPL Filter for Hero12/11/10/9, Hero11 Mini Black

I got this to use on my gopro 11 inside my van while driving. I had bad reflection of the screen so got this and it works great..it's a must have if you intend to use camera as a dash cam..

Used a couple of times and very clear images

Use my GoPro mostly for recording running events (Parkrun etc) and filters seem to confuse the camera when running through trees on sunny days leading to a lot of bounce in the video so I had to stop using in the end. on sunny days with no running in and out of shade these do work well and make editing easier, so depending on what you want to use them for they may be a good investment, but they have limitations

I tested this filter out on a few wet surfaces and it most certainly reduces the reflections making the overall image more to my liking. It also reduced the glare from road surfaces once again producing a very nice image. I had my iso setting at 800 which was great with the clear protective filter which came with the camera, but I had to revert to the default setting of iso 1600 to get the best results. Image/video colours are also slightly better and the sky is a deeper blue which looks nice too. All in all a really accessory for my Gro Pro hero 10 Black.

Makes the gopro footage look way more solid and colours are more true. Bought a lens cap at the same time and have been using for a few weeks now with no scratches or peeling of film on the lens. For me it’s completely replaced the original Gopro lens

I had a great few months using this filter. It acted as advertised and allowed me to use double my shutter speed compared to frame rate whilst snowboarding in Austria. However, this company has a dark secret that they are hiding from their consumers. After taking my GoPro and this filter to Madeira to film some waterfalls and other fun activities, it appeared to work as expected without fault. Unfortunately, when returning home, I found it very difficult to remove the filter. This is because it had allowed water into my camera lens and corroded the inside. The item was clearly described as 'Waterproof' and therefor I trusted it to be. I was mislead by this company. In addition to this horrible situation, the glass of the lens then simply fell out of its shell and is no longer useable in the slightest (not even without water interaction). My next step was to seek a replacement or refund from the company. I now knew it may not be waterproof (although it claimed to be) but would still function in dry conditions. I sent these photos and explained the circumstances of the situation to their customer care email address. What I received was an unapologetic, lack of responsibility and inappropriate reply. I have recently found out that they have uploaded a new listing for the item on Amazon now claiming it is not waterproof. This is a smack in the face to all of their past customers who purchased the item with the belief it was waterproof. I understand they made a mistake in their product testing and/or their marketing. But, they took no responsibility, acted unprofessionally and, out of frustration of being in the wrong, threw blame to the consumer for purchasing a waterproof product that turns out not to be not accurately advertised. My advice to you is to test the product fully before the 30 day return policy ends. I have received a refund through amazon due to my clear evidence, but it would be harder for some to prove. The company of Freewell has failed to test their product before sales start and have a rude employee answering their customers queries.

Sin duda, esta marca con filtros ND Freewell para los diferentes dispositivos como por ejemplo drones DJI, camaras y GoPro son de una calidad impecable. Estoy muy contento con ellos en especial estos filtros para la GoPro 11

I used this filter to test the Gopro10 video with a lot of sun... It works as expected and I can get a good level of exposure and at the same time little bit more motion blur... Good product at a.good price. Raccomended for sure... Next time I will buy the "day kit" with more different filters. The material is robust and easy to mount. You can rotate the filter to add the polarization. Happy.

To me it's a must to have ND Filter for all of my cameras, These do the trick!!
