The flavor is great! Not bitter at all like other reishi extracts I’ve tried. I do appreciate that it’s the fruiting body and not the grain spawn you see on other mainstream brands. I’ve been experimenting taking reishi at night to help with my chronic insomnia, I find it that’s it helping me stay asleep most of the night! Thank you! Highly recommend this product and the rest of their line.
