Don't have a dandruff problem but looking to increase hair growth - re-growth?? - Does this product work??

Not even Alpecin says that it's use will re-grow hair. It does, in my experience, reduce hair loss. I hope the distinction is clear. I use both the shampoo and the caffeine liquid and my remaining hair is remaining and thick.

Does the bottle have some sort of seal when it comes from the manufacturer?

No alpecin bottles are ever sealed.

I think so. Alpecin is very good for me but I'm a man. I can say that I started using a conditioner after leaving the shampoo on for at least 3 minutes. I put the conditioner on the outside of my hair, not messaging it in, and rinse off right away. Using conditioner like this has restored some thickness and weight to my hair, which is good. Alpecin is working great for me.
