Much higher quality pan than typical thin sheets of metal I've used in the past. I don't usually like non-stick pans/sheets but I like that it's silicone rather than teflon/BPA.

These pans are exceptionally well made

These are good quality pans and I haven't seen any warping. As mine is so new, I can't speak to the longevity of the coatings on the pan but I tend to use foil or baking paper regardless. One thing to watch is the size of the pan vs oven size - this one is large and only just scrapes in (literally). I have the smaller pans though and really wanted something larger for bigger meals or baking sessions.

I only wash my USA pans by hand... NEVER EVER in the dishwasher. The quarter USA pans I received looked fine when I got them. After using them and handwashing them a few times , one pan had black areas where the coating had peeled off. It was past the 30 days the Amazon return date. I contacted the USA pan company - being that I live in Canada, a new pan was delivered with me paying the shipping. I'm a happy camper!

I love these pans. Super heavy and non-stick. Restaurant quality. I never thought pans could make me so happy but these are awesome and I don't even cook that much! They worked great making my Christmas candy this year. Just the right depth and too thick to warp, so no spills in the oven or getting scared to death when something pops in the oven.
