Very Impressed
Everything I needed for a sharp carving knife. Looks cheap but will give you a great surprise in quality and use. Appears to be very durable and lasting so far. Did not want to pay the price for many other brands. This knife has met every need.

The best unknown blades
The best you can get unless you get some really high end Japanese hand made blades. I am a surgical instrument maker, I work in all types of stainless steel for 40 years. I am not fond of many of the famous German brands of kitchen knives..beautiful yes, but poor for the home cook to take care of correctly. This is just the right temper and hardness for longevity and easy sharpening. Fedrick Dick makes my best files I use everyday and they are 120.00 each, Twice the price of any other brand I use (Grobet) but far exceed all others in production. These blades are worth much more, buy them before they get popular.
