My niece found these to help me when other things didn't work. Low magnesium and B12 and low iron can all contribute to triggering a long and painful bout of restless legs. I have found that the sublingual, quick-dissolving tabs work the best. I just pop two or three under my tongue, and it helps to calm down the legs. They also have a PM version to help you get to sleep. Great company. I've tried some of their other products, too, like Nerve Tonic, and they work in tandem with each other. Best of all is that they are natural and homeopathic, so no side effects. Big bonus there!

Restful Legs is a homeopathic remedy I have found to be very helpful when I can't sleep because of that 'antsy' feeling in my legs. Or when I wake up with restless, twitchy legs that won't settle down. Nothing I have read about 'restless leg syndrome' suggested any solution to the problem that worked for me. I saw the name 'Restful Legs' on the package of this item in my local drugstore. It sold for about $12 per bottle of (I think) 30 tablets. I realize the mainstream doctors do not put any stock in homeopathy, dismissing any benefits a patient might report to be a placebo effect. But restless leg syndrome is not some dangerous condition, rather, more of a nuisance. A placebo may not help, but it won't hurt. So I decided to give it a try. And I found that it works, most of the time. When the symptoms appear, I dissolve 3 of the little tablets under the tongue at intervals, according to the directions, until I get relief. If it's a placebo, so what? It works for me. The problem is that sometimes I can't find it at local drugstores. I was very pleased to find that it is available through Amazon (various prices, various quantities per package). The pack of four bottles of 50 pills each cost only $31, and with Amazon prime, shipping was free. I would pay more than that to consult my medical practitioner and be told that there is no sure remedy for the symptoms of restless legs syndrome. They might write a prescription. Or perhaps, send me to a specialist who would put me through a battery of tests, and tell me the same. These medical professionals might laugh at the idea of homeopathic remedies, or they might say, 'There's no science behind it, but it won't hurt you to try it.' It tried it and it works for me. If you want to give it a try, buy one bottle. You will know for sure whether it helps with your problem by the time you finish that bottle, and you've only spent a few dollars to find out.
