Beim Beitrag, der vorschlägt man solle den CMO durch einen Chief Customer Officer (CCO) ersetzen dem dann so ziemlich alle unterstehen, Marketing Personal durch Customer Manager ersetzen, und überhaupt die ganze Organisation ändern, musste ich schmunzeln. Customer Centricity ist ein gutes Konzept, alle Artikel in dieser HBR Sammlung drehen sich darum. Allerdings lässt es sich schnell zusammenfassen: Verkaufe etwas, das Menschen haben wollen. Die Artikel sind leider auch schon etwas überholt.
