I’m picky about lighting — I want the same color temperature throughout the house so no random bulb sticks out. These Sylvania LED bulbs match the bright-white tone I already use, so everything looks consistent room-to-room. That’s one of the main reasons I keep going back to this brand.I also track when I install bulbs, and Sylvania LEDs usually last me anywhere from 5–10 years. They’re not always the cheapest option, but in my experience they’ve been the most reliable — which matters more to me than saving a dollar or two up front.

These are a nice improvement to the spiral style bulbs. Have a small lampshade that has the holders that fits over a lightbulb. This shape is perfect to hold the shade correctly. For being a 60w it has a nice clear bright white colour to it. Was surprised as i was expecting a more “yellow “ tone versus nice white. Really looks great in all my lamps with different style shades etc. Was shipped in a padded envelope and all arrived totally in damages and working order. Very happy and will definitely buy again when needed.

I have been obsessing about lighting since I started painting my house. I had no idea it was a thing. I painted my kitchen a greige colour to accent my outdated 1990's honey oak cabinets. ( so I can tolerate them until we are ready to re-stain). After painting & testing many colours - the colours didn't look anything close to the swatch or way different than the same colour in other rooms. I tried switching to a soft white light - 2700 kelvins. I thought I figured it out, but one wall was showing pink and my cabinets now look so orange. I tried 5000 Kelvins - daylight and whoa - it was very harsh with a blue tone. I read many reviews, spent countless hours in home improvement stores & couldn't find what I was looking for. These bulbs are the answer. My paint now looks greige - soft gray instead of pink and it toned down the orange on my cabinets. Crazy how light can have such an effect. Highly recommend. I just ordered 2 more boxes just in case I can never find these again lol.

I find the 5000-6000ºK 'daylight' bulbs to be too cold and blue for indoors, even for task lighting. On the other hand, 3000ºK and esp 2700ºK bulbs, while providing comfortable lighting for general room use, are too yellow and warm for some tasks, like reading paper media. So these 3500ºK bulbs are a nice in-between. I am using them where I or others may sit and read. For general lighting I still use 3000ºK bulbs.The 8 bulbs I ordered all worked and all seemed of the same brightness and colour temperature. I bought them to replace some 4-letter-manufacturer bulbs (3 different companies), which are failing after not enough, in my opinion, service time. Of course, I cannot comment on the longevity of these bulbs at this time. So 5 stars if they suit you and providing they give good service.Note that some sources warn against using blue-dominant LED lighting over concerns for eye (retina) health. That's another reason why I avoid 'daylight' bulbs and only use these 3500ºK bulbs in shaded lamps and for limited lengths of time.

Buscaba exactamente los grados Kelvin que tienen estos focos para mi comedor y sala. Si buscas Luz neutra estos son ideales .

These LED bulbs have lasted years in my kitchen and living room fixtures. However, when compared with other bulbs of the same light frequency rating, they seem to emitting a more reddish (low freq) light. For this reason, they're a little to yellow for my taste. Other than that, I'm happy with them.
