Absolute believer in yeast supplements for heartburn!
Years ago, a family friend told my mother that she takes these for heartburn. At the time, I was massively suffering from routine heartburn and G.E.R.D. and I was the first in the family to encounter this issue (I was also 12 at the time) so no one was familiar with what to do. Mom took the advice and offered it to me. I tried it, along with a ton of OTHER heartburn stuff out there over the counter, and loved this. Nearly 2 decades later, I am STILL a big believer of these yeast pills. I could probably single-handedly keep them in business for a while. I used to take about 6 a day (regardless of what the bottle actually says). I don't take it every day now but only if I can feel the slightest indigestion start. As I got older, I noticed it isn't AS effective if there is a lot of gas build-up inside your stomach (part of the indigestion) so I rather take gas-x or such for those. I also occasionally take it BEFORE a meal if I know I'm about to eat a prohibited food, such as pizza (because of marinara sauce and cheese). On terribly painful days, I take up to 10. This is a MUST whenever I travel (I portion out 6 per day I will be away from home). Love love love this product.
