When I first took it , i got relieved i felt my peristalsis working again so my bowel movement's but again like every other normal meditation i feel when my body got use to it there is no effect anymore or reduced effect i can say so i said okay let me take one more pill so i took three then , i vomited bile !!! For real , so im not sure about what to say but dont exceed above two as mentioned, I’ll give it some time maybe when im back on it ill find the same effect again

The product it self is so good and I recommend it but I reserved it with exp to soon in April and i got 2 and i only take it once so be carful

I was recommended this product after having gallbladder removal surgery. I waited a couple weeks before using just to see how my body adjusted after surgery.
