I did some research and found this one with all the great reviews and great price and Holy Cow! The day after my first dose, I was able to walk again with minimal pain and I am on my 2nd bag, and I am feeling so much better! It has helped my hair and I believe my skin as well. I mix it with my iced coffee each morning and one of those little spinny whisks and zero flavor! I have noticed that it can be hard to mix if I just dump it in the cold coffee, but if I slowly add it right on top of the mixer as it spins, it mixes perfectly! So here I am , jumping on the collagen bandwagon, as a full believer!!
