So helpful, especially if wanting to avoid medication to resolve or if only having recently taken medication for a headache or migraine and its not near the time for being able to take anymore. These help for every type, I generally suffer from migraines yet mine are often at the back of my head, these still completely or greatly reduce that. They work aswell as pain relief tablets. Nice and cooling so instantly begins to relieve any temperature. The strips can be cut which is a good idea if using them when a high temp is present as they absorb the heat fast and can feel less cold than when applied. If the whole strip is used then I tend to remove it to let it cool a bit and reapply, this is really just when my temp is high, otherwise it can be left on as it remains nice and cool. As this provides a nice instant cooling and soothing natural effect it is my preferred pain management method. The gel strips aren't as appropriate if out anywhere as may look a bit odd! The menthol scent can be detected which helps and the strips may feel a little strange for the first time but they are super easy to get used to. Easy to apply, literally remove a strip from the box, remove the clear protective covering from the blue gel side and stick the strip over the forehead with the blue gel underneath and the white material side on top. These are the exact same as the in store ones, they have directions for use and I've found them personally to be very safe to use, they are not intended to be left on but I have on the odd occasion from falling asleep or generally being with a high temp and not had any problems however everyone is different so please follow the instructions and reccomendations given with this product. They are not to be used again, these are disposable, I feel the box lasts as long as what a box of paracetamol will. I also think these are great with the paracetamol restrictions now in place. I don't get pain relief from prescriptions because it's cheaper to purchase from supermarkets and online, I prefer online as they stock better and this product hasn't a quantity limitation! I certainly prefer giving this over to someone than pills, especially children. I'm allergic to aspirin and other pain relief meds so always happy to use this far more natural yet as effective product instead.
