What is the best animating software for this?

If you're using this on Windows 10, then it should work fine with almost any drawing software that supports Drawing Tablets. I have personally used it mostly with open-source software like Krita and OpenToonz, for both of which it works quite well, although the programs themselves may be a little buggy. Paint Tool Sai is a popular proprietary painting software, but the tablet doesn't seem to run perfectly on it. I have experienced a bug in the program where if the program starts before the tablet is connected, Sai may need to be restarted or will ignore the tablet's input. This is likely on Sai's side rather than the tablet's though. If you wanted to use this tablet on a Linux machine, they just release a beta Linux driver for this device last month on their website. They claim that it works well on Ubuntu and haven't developed it for any other distro yet. Since I have Arch Linux, I haven't had the chance to test out this driver, as it seems that it definitely doesn't work on the Arch Linux kernel. OpenToonz and Krita are both open-sourced, so they are available on Linux as well.
