Wonderful product, didn't expect to see results in at least as 7 to 10 days, had PIH spots which were were fresh and really darker than my skin tone, glad they're almost gone, plus facial skin feels softer and more radiant, can't wait to see full results

The product seems an old stock and is being used as sample! It didn’t come with the box, the tube is not even sealed and seems like already used! 😡

The cream looks like spoiled by keeping in wrong temperature conditions. I had the same cream before, the consistency is supposed to be clear white cream, and it is transparent like water with white visible peaces inside. I will not use it and want to refund it.

The product was spoiled. To be honest it felt fake / expired !

I question why I didn’t get this product sooner in my life. Seriously.This product has made such a positive change in my skin - I feel like crying.While I have never been officially diagnosed, I’ve always felt that I have a type of rosacea. I don’t get pustules, zits or anything like that (unless I consume a lot of certain sugary drinks, and food) but for as long as I can remember, my face has always dealt with redness. Yes, certain things such as consuming sugar triggers it and makes it worse.I’ve been using skincare since my mid 20s. I am currently in my early 30s. I feel for the most part I was using products that were benefiting my skin, but as far as the redness went, nothing I used seemed to treat it.Around a year ago, I heard about how azelaic acid can be beneficial to people who have rosacea - treating redness and the pustules that go with it. So while I was aware of it, I just kept putting off purchasing it. Life stuff always coming up.After talking with ChatGPT about how sick I was about always walking around with a red/pink face, it recommended azelaic acid. Specifically Paula’s Choice.Now we all know that with a lot of skin care products it can take time to see differences. No lie… I began seeing results from this within just under two weeks or so.The redness in my face has decreased A LOT. I am now at a point in my life where I feel more comfortable going out without having to wear foundation or using something like Cicapair by Dr. Jart+ (which by the way is great at covering the redness).I am extremely pale, so dealing with a face that was red almost constantly - I felt that the difference between my face and body were so dramatically different, it made me self-conscious.But now? I am much more confident. The redness isn’t completely gone, but when I say it has been dramatically reduced, I mean it! My skin also has this type of glow that I’ve never experienced with other products - not even my tretinoin.I use this product every other day. I have several products I use for my skin and I cycle through them every other day.When I do apply this, like with every other skin care product, I always mist my skin lightly with water. Yes, doing this increases the potency of products but for my skin, I can tolerate it just fine. I also feel that by dampening your skin, the product spread, spreads a lot more evenly and easily.While this is priced at $39 and being only 1 ounce, I know it sounds expensive. But I will say that a little goes a LONG way. You don’t need to be using globs of this stuff. Also, I feel you can get away with using this every other day, like myself, so it can last longer.Everyone’s skin is different. Like I said, I’ve never been officially diagnosed, but based on what I’ve experienced and what I’ve read, I truly do feel I have some form of rosacea. I also have certain triggers that make it worse; such as consuming certain types of sugary drinks.So I feel that if you identify your specific triggers, use this product… you should see a definite difference.Wish I had gotten this product sooner! I absolutely love it.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt strongly about letting others know about this one... had bad rosacea after finishing nursing the baby. It is all hormone related. Happened to me twice after breastfeeding. First time I went to the dermatologist and the stuff she prescribed was making me worse! I was so upset. I was trying to avoid any prescriptions and would just put makeup to cover up. This time I tried honey and other cleansers and was willing to forgo the Rx and pray it would go away. After further research, I came across this product and thought to give it a try. The amount of azelaic acid must be the perfect amount for doing the job to remove the bumps but no so strong as what a dermatologist would prescribe that will cause sensitive skin to get worse. I am satisfied with this purchase. I was more concerned with lessening the bumps then the redness and it is doing just that. Goes on smoothly and is light weight. Doesn't feel like a medicine cream.
