Is this one the lightest shade?

Porcelain is their lightest shade in general I believe. But this is their main foundation that "porcelain" isn't actually light enough to actually be porcelain. It doesn't even match their other foundations that are are labeled "porcelain". It's very odd.

Hi, I use color sand,for me it's perfect,my skin is light brown,I guess for Rihanna's type of skin is better to chose one or two darkest color.

Does this makeup tingle on your skin?

No it doesn't tingle at all on my skin. But it is does nothing for oil. Coverage is great though!

Which shade would be good if your a #21 in korean cushions?
