These are awesome and provided instant relief while recovering from an Achilles injury. The are very supportive while offering cushioning for movement. They fit well and are much better than foam inserts.

I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves one. I’ve been struggling with a dorsal heel spur and achilles tendinitis for several years. I’ve tried various insoles, orthotic shoes, and physiotherapy, but nothing has offered as much lasting relief as this product. Be sure to look at the size chart and note the sides are made of very soft material that folds easily. These fit easily in my office casual shoes and snug in my outdoor soccer shoes.

They did exactly what I bought them for.
