This stuff is awesome. I'm 32 and have been dealing with acne (cystic mainly) for the past year for the first time in my life and finding things to clear breakouts up has been a challenge. I have really sensitive skin as well, but this doesn't seem to irritate it as long as I don't use it longer than a few days in a row, which I didn't find a need to. I ordered this during a really bad breakout and it really did start clearing things up right away (as in there was a difference within 4 hours). Within a few days, my skin looked much better and had cleared up for the most part. I've been using it now on anywhere I see that looks or feels like it's about to break out and it stops it, I definitely recommend this, it's amazing.

First off, I need to state the obvious: Different people have different skin problems and different acne medicines will effect people differently so really this might not work the slightest for you, or it may work wonders for you. Personally, I wasn't as impressed by this cream as I was by some Salicylic Acid based acne medications I have and currently use. It hasn't had a very noticeable impact by itself, however I am using several different products in conjunction with this one so they probably have a synergistic effect. That being said, this is still a strong product and works well as a supplement for other acne medications; out of the four products I use, this one is probably tied for second. As it says on the label; this stuff is STRONG. It can bleach your hair / clothes so be careful with it. (I personally haven't had any problems with this particular product but a previous Benzoyl Peroxide face wash I used did bleach several of my face towels) I would definitely get this product if you are having major acne breakouts or just overall problems with acne. However, if your acne is light or mild, you may want to consider waiting to get a product like this after seeing how effective normal acne face washes are for you. Good luck clearing up your acne!

At my age I am fortunate that breaking out is minimal, but when I do this product is great for spots. I use it overnight and by morning it is typically gone. Fast acting and great quality. It goes on thick enough to not move around your face. No burning or reaction, simply does the job.

I'm 72 and all of a sudden I got a couple of spots on my face that would not go away. Three days later they were gone. I didn't even have acne as a teen! I will keep this just in case.
