How long ago were the beans roasted?

The Amazon Prime coffee beans were roasted within in the last 3 to 30 days. We keep tight supplies so nothing sits over 30 days. Thank you for your question.

I have purchased this item nearly 50 times. Why are you now charging for shipping?

We have a large supply of coffee that is waiting for Amazon to put into the Prime inventory. When they are out of stock they will show our coffee ordered direct from our roastery with $5.95 shipping. This should be resolved within the next few days. We apologize for the issue.

Very strong, considering that most coffees that are low acid are week and taste terrible, this is a very different coffee, it is "tasty" and strong.

Is the Ethiopian Coffee - Yirgacheffe wet processed?

Our Ethiopian Coffee Yirgacheffe is dry processed. We have found the the best Ethiopia dry-processed coffee tends to be medium-bodied and brilliantly acidy with rough, fruity or winy tones.
