Okay, so I have only taken this for 2 nights and wow. I mean I am in a deep sleep and it feels so good. I have not been sleeping that great due to menopause but this nighttime liquid is the truth and again only 2 nights of taken it so far. Get it if you are missing out on a good nights sleep.

This stuff is magic. I have 6 kids, and 2 with ADHD. We give this to our children at night, and it really does help them fall asleep more easily. My 7-year-old has gotten better sleep, and it shows in his behavior. When we don't give it to him, we can tell and always regret it the next day. Keep it in the fridge and take a big spoonful at night and watch your sleep get better. The flavors have been fine not terrible not amazing just gulp it down.

Ilikethatits loaded with good vitamins and minerals to help with a good nights sleep and does so with no extra calories or added sugar. The pineapple dream taste is a little too sweet for me. I will try another flavor next time.

This stuff is Incredible and works Soooo well for me!!! My first purchase of the Mary Ruth’s liquid nighttime multimineral was the Coconut flavor, which tasted pretty decent. And it worked very effectively! With that one, I’d take the recommended dosage, then about 15 minutes later, it was practically Impossible to keep my eyes open, even if I tried! And I’d sleep soundly and deeply throughout the night :)This go-round, as my insomnia had returned and I’ve been dealing with a neighbor that is super noisy during the night, I purchased the Extra Strength Lemonade Dream. With this one, based on how Super powerful it is, I just take half of the recommended dosage, to ensure I don’t oversleep. But that dosage gives me the same quality of deep, peaceful, restful, and renewing sleep as a full dosage of the regular strength version. So the added benefit is that for the Same price as those, this bottle lasts for Two months for the price instead of just one month ;)And my favorite bedtime combination for an amazing night’s sleep, plus empowering my body to do plenty of self-healing while I sleep, is to do: half a serving of the extra strength liquid nighttime multimineral, plus a half dosage of a stress-management/anti-anxiety natural supplement pill that I take (to soothe me and relax my nervous system and mind for bed), plus a Traditional Medicine brand nighttime (caffeine-free) herbal tea. And I wake up feeling like Five Million Bucks!!!!!
