Good quality plastic and adhesion. Lightweight as well for my motor cotrolled table.

Works great, and the tape at the back of really strong, so be sure of where you want to paste prior to actually pasting it

easy to use, can be trimmed with a hacksaw, sturdy. the adhesive is very strong and good for undertable mounting. the j channel width is more than adequate to fit the cables from a normal home desktop setup.

I was a bit skeptical that these things would stay on my desk, but that 3M tape is VERY secure. These cable runways aren't going anywhere. And they really are an excellent method of organizing wires and cables. Finally, I can vacuum under my desk!
