Does the 120 have the same mount as the other Cyborg lights?

I can tell you what it has... Swivel with clip attached Velcro strap Rubber attachment strap

How is the run time? Also how does it compare to Serfas Thunderbolt?

The run time is short - about 1 1/2 hours on a full charge even in flashing mode. The small size dictates limited battery capacity. This is the only disappointment I have with the Cyclops 120T. Just have to charge it via USB every day to ensure I have a working light when commuting.

What are the dimensions of the light?

I do not know the dimensions. My seat stays are quite vertical and I mounted a light on each side with relative ease (long dimension up and down). Works for me and can use seat bag.

Does is light when charging? I would like to use with a dynamo.

Yes, it will light while charging.
