Can someone post a picture of this capsule next to a us coin (quarter, dime, whatever!) so i can see the size? thanks!

They are HUGE! I came to Amazon today looking for a smaller version. Yes they can be hard to swallow. Once in a while a pill folks like a dagger stuck sideways in my throat. I wonder if a person could open the capsule and dump it in applesauce?

What is the difference between this product and metamucil fiber drink?

I did not like a drink. I prefer taking a pill. I take this pill 3 times a day but I also take a chloral (green super food) pill with them. I feel I do not eat enough greens. Also, water is important, many do not drink enough water. Doing the fiber drink provides you take in more water, but the pill il easier to take when you travel. It is a personal choice only you can make.
