Worst product ever!
Its one use only, so read the description before you buy. The product stayed warm, never got hot , never got cold despite following the instructions on how to break the material inside to create the reaction. Very disappointed. I will buy a standard ice pack now. Hope this stops anyone else wasting their money!

Dont buy this product!
The information on the website about the product does not match the exact product, this is very unprofessional, I wish I read the reviews which state the same before I purchased it. You cannot even return this product. This is unacceptable!!!

Used/Broken
Bought and then got a replacement. Both were broken and already pre-used. I don’t recommend buying this product off Amazon.

Ne fonctionne pas
Ne fonctionne pas du tout, on a l'impression que le sachet va éclater quand on presse dessus et le froid n'est jamais là malgré le malaxage. Sur les 2 poches, aucune ne fonctionne. Très déçu par ce produit, pourtant Nexcare est généralement une bonne marque...Là c'est un flop total !

Really bad
Do not buy this! It is not the normal quality of the 3M products. It seems an imitation. A copy of the original product. I bought 2 boxes in separate orders. All the bags inside had big failures. All of them had holes and the liquid was coming out. I think it is a low quality imitation of the original product.

Handy to keep in the car if, like us, you are into sports. It gets cold quickly but to be honest doesn't last that long. I usually use Koolpak.
