This rod came packaged well. It came in a cloth case that holds 2 pieces of the rod. Very nice addition to the product. It went together very easy allinging perfect. The rod tip came with a padded cover also. I purchased this rod specifically for an electric reel that is setup with 100lb hollow braid. For the money this is a terrific value and quality rod. I will purchase a few more for my Penn 6/0 reels.

Great looking addition to my trolling and deep drop gear. Quality rod with smooth roller guides.

Rod feels good and all but the rollers are off center from the reel holder. This causes the line to not run on the first roller and chaffing occurs.
