I ordered 3 pairs but only received one?

I received the same quantity as ordered.

Is this size appropriate for 5 yr old?

It's bit long for 5 year old. And the quality is not that very good specially when stuck with something like velcrow or when stitches start to peel wjen washed. But if used carefully and hand washed it will serve the purpose.
