Why did you change the amount of potassium in the new mix (from 400 mg to 114 mg)? Why did you change the type of potassium (from citrate to chloride)

I emailed and asked, this was their response: Vega Sport® Hydrator was designed as a mid-workout product to help sustain you. This is why every serving has higher levels of sodium (230mg), than potassium (115mg), magnesium (20mg), or calcium (50mg), but still includes all of these electrolytes to help support your mid-workout. These electrolytes help to regulate our fluid balance, blood pH, heart, nerve and muscle function. These minerals are electrically charged, which means that they have the ability to conduct electrical impulses—essential in firing off muscle contractions. In order to keep muscular, cardiac, nervous, and digestive systems all running smoothly, an adequate supply of electrolytes is required. You can work with a sports dietitian to figure out what your unique nutrition needs before, during and after your workout are.

How many ounces of mixed liquid equals one serving?

A serving is 1 scoop of the powder. You can mix that in however much liquid you want. The suggested amount is 2 cups (16 fluid ounces) of liquid.

How many scoops for 32 oz?

I have the 4.9oz (139g) container and the labels shows 'about 50 servings'.
