Does this smell like the shave soap?

I've never used the shave soap. I've been using this cologne for, probably, 50 years. I learned of it when I was stationed in Germany while in the military. This cologne or after shave have a wonderfully light pleasant scent.

Is this made in Germany or China?

The bottle I have states it is made in Germany...

I'm looking for the one with the blue line under, not the red line. Do they have it?

If you look carefully there is a bottle with the blue line on sale. It's a smaller size than the one I want to buy which is 10.1 ounce. My current bottle has the blue line underneath the slanted Tabac name. It seems they change the look of the bottle every so often. My original bottle which I bought back in the '70s had 2 or 3 polka dots, don't remember if they were blue or yellow.
