Do these bring blind pimples to a head?

Yes, when there is a painful red bump under the skin, wearing this overnight does draw it out and it feels so much better in the morning. Also, nice to have that protective cover to keep yourself from picking at it and making it worse! Second night wearing the patch heals it even more. I love these! They REALLY cut down on the length of time you have the pimple.

Can I use it for pock marks I have pockmarks on my temples?

Unfortunately no pimple patches will work on old scars, pockmarks or those horrible indentations that regular or cystic acne can cause. Depending on how bad they are you can definitely try microneedling but I recommend doing extensive research beforehand so you don't make the problem worse. If you're able to I also recommend going to a dermatologist first. To stop scars from forming from new pimples I'll put either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide on the pimple, let it dry and then put a patch on it. After the pimple has completely gone away I use vitamin E on whatever scar it might have left. I hope that helps.

No, these are to prevent pimples from getting larger and healing them quickly. I would try a TCM Scar and Acne Mark Removal Get Ointment. I have had quite a few dark marks that are practically gone. I have used it for less than 3 months. I have skin that scars dark so 3 months is fast for me.
