Better than quorn mince and 1/10th of the price!
Fantastic! I made vegetarian chilli with the soya mince granules and it was absolutely delicious. It only cost 2 dirhams or so. I used to search the frozen food areas of the supermarkets in Al Ain for quorn mince and never had any luck, but now I don’t even look for quorn because this soya mince is better! I do soak it in 2 pints of boiling water mixed with a veg stock cube and a teaspoon of chilli powder first though for about 30 mins before using like quorn mince. Adds a nice flavour and colour to it! Love it!

200g quantity is convenient for medium production.
This product binds very well with Vital Gluten and for shaping "meat"balls.
