Is the bassinet or changing table covers removable to wash?

The Bassinet and Change table covers are not removable. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Use only mild household soap and warm water. DO NOT USE BLEACH. DO NOT MACHINE WASH.
