I don’t know which picture you’re referring to but I make my own cleaning solution and then use these towels with a regular old swiffer for my floors and it works great!!

Are these durable enough for repeated washer machine cycles?

I don't wash them in a washer machine but I wash them after every use and last for a long time then I get rid of them. I guest the washing machine will be more gentle on them.
