I recently purchased a watch from Casio, and while the watch itself looks good, the presentation and packaging were disappointing. The box arrived without the pillow/cushion that normally holds the watch in place, so the watch was just lying inside the box. When I opened it, the watch was extremely hot, which was quite surprising. What made this more disappointing is that I bought another Casio watch last week for a lower price, and that one came with perfect packaging and felt like a premium purchase. I didn’t expect this level of presentation from Casio. I hope this issue is looked into because it definitely affects the customer experience.
