The swing keeps turning off when i try to put it in swing mode. everything else works fine. i get an oe1 code error.

Error code oe1 and turns off every time we turn it to seeing mode. Also in the battery compartment there are no connections it's just empty.

Do you have to plug the swing in or is it battery operated? Can it swing for more than 30 minutes?

Good afternoon Rhonda, The Munchkin Bluetooth Enabled Lightweight Baby Swing is not battery operated. The unit does include an AC Adapter and USB power source in order for the baby Swing to function properly and is unable to swing for more than 30 minutes.

Just to let everybody know, this can run on a battery, just plug any usb battery pack
